ITellect supported the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) with the design of business and IT service management process support to create value realization for our mission partners and customers.
We also helped with ITSM communications. ITSM communications serve as a bridge across DISA by enabling the communication and coordination of organizational change for ITSM initiatives between the IT and core DISA business functions.
ITellect provided strategic support for the agency’s ITSM initiatives. By leveraging industry’s best practices, frameworks, and standards, we sought to develop measurements and benchmarks to check the effectiveness not only of the agency’s ITSM initiatives but most importantly to measure the alignment with DISA’s strategic goals.
Our company also provided ITIL-derived technical support. ITIL-Derived Technical Support served as an industry best practice and as an enabler to support DISA’s Target Objective State as an Enterprise Information Environment that optimizes the use of the DOD IT assets, converging communications, computing and enterprise services into a single joint platform.
