GENERAL
Information Assurance/Cybersecurity SME is strategically focused with experience in IP (routers, switches, firewalls) architecture, telecommunications, network security implementation, developing and developing RMF packages for networking solutions.
TASK DESCRIPTION
Research, capture, and process security, technical, and policy information to develop RMF packages for networking solutions
Implementing and testing applicable IA controls, conducting testing activities, recording compliance status, maintaining IT security POA&Ms, and performing scheduled reviews
Ability to run audit scans and provide analysis of results. Ability to communicate scan results with System Administrators, as well as provide direction as needed to facilitate remediation
Develop and manage Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for the system
Demonstrate current broad-based understanding of system architecture, computer technology, design, standards, and products based on both solid formal training and experience
Conduct network security reviews that include validation of current network security policy, requirements, design, comparative analysis, and assessment of the information assurance architecture
Develop operational capabilities on guiding security focused capability, processes, and situational awareness
Write Implementation Plans, Installation Guides and Acceptance Test Plans for project deployment
Conduct Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) reviews including system security reviews (SRR) to ensure that systems conform to all applicable Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGS) and write System Security Authorization Agreements (SSAA)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field preferred and 5 years of hands on experience
Security + or CISSP Certification required
Knowledge of Federal Government’s Risk Management Framework (RMF) and writing to controls within
Proficiency in developing, executing and monitoring Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for the system
Experience with ensuring corrective modifications are made to all findings of system vulnerabilities
Experience with Intrusion Protection Systems (IPS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Firewalls, Data Loss Prevention, and Certification and Accreditation (C&A)
Active Top Secret required

GENERAL
Experienced Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition Specialist to support the full lifecycle of acquisition and contract management, including acquisition strategy, acquisition planning, requirements gathering and analysis, market research, cost estimating, document development, and contract lifecycle monitoring.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Government Contracting, Acquisition/Contract Management, Financial Management, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, a Contract Manager (CPCM) certification, DoD Financial Management (DoDFM), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), DAWIA Level III, and an additional 3 years of directly related experience in the DoD environment may be substituted. Overall, 8 years of demonstrated experience in DoD acquisition, contract and/or financial management.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of progressive experience with DoD 5000 acquisitions
Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 Series of Directives, and applicability to DoD Services Acquisitions

TASK DESCRIPTION:

GENERAL
The Cybersecurity Engineer – Mid provides cybersecurity expertise to support the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) technology infrastructure. Implements scans with ACAS and assesses system risks and facilitate remediation of security vulnerabilities. Reports on findings and provides recommendations for corrective actions. Interfaces with governance teams in organization. Performs vulnerability assessments as assigned, utilizing IT security tools and methodologies and is responsible for the upkeep of the security posture of the environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of experience
- CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP certifications needed or equivalent specialty experience
- Security+CE (or appropriate DoDM 8570 Baseline Certification)

TASK DESCRIPTION:
- Execute Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and Host Based Security System (HBSS) scans to determine infrastructure vulnerability state and develop highly customizable reports for briefings to DISA’s leaders
- Configure, update, and manage Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and Host Based Security System (HBSS)
- Analyze ACAS findings for determination of false positives, impact to customer system, identification of risk level adjustment, and provision of recommendations and tracking to closure.
- Implements and enforces all DoDNet cybersecurity policies and procedures located in the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and in Defense Enterprise Portal Service (DEPS), as defined by cybersecurity related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external SMEs and senior-level Government customers to determine the best courses of action in preparation for IT audits, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct cybersecurity research and analysis to support DISA’s Configuration Control Board.
- Coordinate with government counterparts to support expert provisioning Remedy ITSM ticket management and customer support.
- Coordinate with Tier III engineers to troubleshoot HBSS issues to identify the problem root causes and provide solutions.
- Reporting security status to key stakeholders
