ITellect was contracted to work with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) on a variety of tasks. As part of this project, ITellect provided technical writing support. We prepared program plans, process guides, and strategic plans, among many other items. ITellect developed standard document templates, point papers, white papers, briefings, and other strategic documentation as directed.

ITellect performed studies and provided recommendations and alternative solutions and service improvements in the areas of telecommunications, customer relationship management (CRM), service delivery, and new technology identification and assessments. We also performed analyses to identify network, system, and customer functional requirements.

ITellect provided technical advice and assistance in preparing global customer relationship management process and procedures. Additionally, ITellect assisted with technical evaluations, business process re-engineering, process improvement studies, economic analysis, cost-benefit analysis, disaster recovery planning, and risk assessments.

Our company also assisted the government in the preparation of requirements for new hardware and software products. ITellect also assisted the government in the definition and standardization of IT Service Management processes including Service Level Management (SLM) and Service Catalog Management (SCM). Finally, we assisted the government in a variety of projects of varying scope that impacted the Defense Information System Network (DISN) Infrastructure to include terrestrial, undersea and satellite assets.
